children of men- broken glass which symbolises society at this point in time as being broken, he is the protector of the baby as shown by the writing at the side which tells you there hasn't been a child for 18 years and that he must protect the baby but the word most implies that he has no choice, he is a reluctant hero as shown by his expression of fear but also determination, he doesn't look like he wants anything to do with helping the baby but he has no choice, it is set in a dystopian future, he looks trapped in a broken and run down society
